The platform for easy podcasting

JPodcast is a podcast server platform, java based, composed of two parts: an engine and a user interface.
The engine serves multimedia files out of a directory, using the file tags as the podcasting item attributes.
The ajax based user interface allows the remote management of the multimedia files, with operations as upload, delete, tag editing.
The pure-java server code runs on different platforms:
  • Windows
  • Linux
  • MacOs
using different servlet containers:
  • Tomcat
  • Jetty
You can download the engine from Sourceforge. While we plan to release the ajax user interface in August.
